1. Return Window
You may return eligible items within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

2. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be in unused and resalable condition
- Be returned with the original packaging
- Note: Digital textbooks and downloads are non-returnable once accessed or downloaded
3. Return Process
Before returning any items, please contact us at [email protected] to receive instructions and a return authorization.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged book), we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
- If returning for personal reasons (e.g., wrong item ordered, no longer needed), you are responsible for return shipping.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- A refund will be processed within 3 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Original shipping is always free, but return shipping (if applicable) is non-refundable
