At Furfire, we’re committed to delivering your books quickly, securely, and at no extra cost. Every order ships with free standard shipping—no minimum purchase required.
1. Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 4:00 PM MST will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Method and Delivery Time
- Carrier: Orders are shipped via USPS or a comparable standard delivery service.
- Estimated Delivery Time: 2–6 business days after the order is processed.
- Shipping Cost: All domestic orders ship free of charge.
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or holidays.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.
You can track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website using the provided link.
4. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all locations within the United States, including APO/FPO addresses.
International shipping is not available at this time.
5. Delivery Issues
If your tracking shows that your order was delivered but you haven’t received it:
- Please contact us within 7 business days so we can assist you.
- While we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by the carrier, we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
6. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment if needed.
